  1. I used to pump iron all the time for decades but just light weights now and then as I am now 67. One thing I have noticed though is 100 pounds weighs twice as much as it did a few decades ago. Must be because of global worming making the iron molecules more dense. Thanks for your recent visit to my blog.

    • That’s awesome that you used to lift a lot before. Glad you are still lifting and staying active/healthy! Show everyone it is a lifestyle, not just some fad 🙂 And that’s absolutely why lol darn global warming! . 67 years going strong brother, keep on keeping on 🙂
