Sometimes you get tired during your workout session or need extra motivation to go train. Music is the best way to KICKSTART any workout of any day. Though music is the best way to take your workout to another level, there is so much music out today that it can be hard to find the best songs.     I tend to go international for my workout playlist. Latin hip hop is always great (Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull), and for some reason, girl rappers from Britain are my workout jam:
